helping individuals discover what’s uniquely important and meaningful to them.

• Vision Crafting
helping them translate this insight into a coherent and comprehensive vision of what’s possible for their life.

• Mental Clearing
helping individuals heal and transform the limiting beliefs that inevitably come up when one risks stepping out into new territory.

• Manifestation
helping individuals understand the subtle skills and benefits of directed thought. Beyond the rudiments of affirmation and visualization, you learn to work with an individual’s unconscious belief structures to enable them to manifest their vision.

• How to create an "empowered space" in which people feel secure and safe enough to risk opening themselves up to growth.

• Facilitation tools to work with people at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels including guided imagery, creative movement, art work, play, bodywork, ritual, music, journal work, question formulation and many more.

• How to work with people on their major core belief issues: self responsibility, self esteem, trust in the universe, positive attitude and flowing with change.

• How to cultivate your intuition to know a person’s growth issues.

• Interventions that empower including enlarging the context, mental aikido, psychic acupuncture, spaciousness, boosting self esteem, and humor.

• The spiritual aspects of facilitation such as total presence, holding a center, non-judgement, guide vs. guru and others.

• An overview of how to market a personal growth workshop or experience to or within an organization and externally to the general public. Marketing issues include positioning, promotional materials, pricing, and enrolling people with integrity.

The Art of Empowerment is both didactic and experiential. In each of the major skill development areas there is experiential lab time for participants to practice the tools they are learning.
