A husband and wife team, David Gershon and Gail Straub have pioneered the field of empowerment over the past three decades and are acclaimed as its foremost experts. Wise, loving, and gifted facilitators they will guide you on a transformative adventure to discover your dreams and provide you the tools to bring them into reality.

David Gershon and Gail Straub are the world’s foremost experts on empowerment and co-direct Empowerment Institute’s School for Transformative Social Change.
